Chargeback Policy
By making a purchase from DMA Cheese, you, the customer, agree to the following terms:
- No Chargeback Agreement: By completing your purchase on DMA Cheese, you agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks with your payment provider. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or experience any issues, you must first contact our customer support team to request a refund or resolve the issue, as per our standard Refund Policy.
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in accordance with our Refund Policy. We are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring your satisfaction within the guidelines of our policy. Chargebacks are not an acceptable means of obtaining a refund.
- Nullification of Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that the chargeback is null and void. By purchasing from DMA Cheese, you explicitly waive any right to dispute the transaction through a chargeback, and any chargeback initiated will be automatically invalidated by the terms of this agreement.
- Legal Recourse: In the event of a chargeback that violates this agreement, DMA Cheese reserves the right to take legal action to recover any losses incurred as a result of the invalid chargeback. You will be responsible for any legal fees and costs associated with the enforcement of this policy.
- Binding Agreement: This chargeback policy is a legally binding agreement between you and DMA Cheese. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
