Refund Policy
Certain items cannot be refunded, such as downloadable software products (dma firmware and dma cheese toolbox, dma cheat software keys). A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. All refunds are processed after the returned item has been delivered. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving purchase. All refunds exclude the initial processing fees that were charged by the payment processing company.
Full Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned. A full refund will be issued under the following conditions:
- The item remains unopened.
- The item is damaged and inoperable.
Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- The item has been opened.
- Items are returned not in their original condition.
- Returns are made beyond 7 days from the delivery date, but within the maximum return period of 14 days. In such cases, a 50% refund of the item’s cost will be issued.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Damage to the item due to customer mishandling.
- Exceeding the 14-day return window.
- Absence of the original product packaging.
- Product with No Warranty variation.
1:1 Exchange
A 1:1 exchange may be granted under specific conditions:
- The product has a 1:1 Year Exchange variation.
- The product has quality issues (the warranty does not cover situations where unknown firmware causes the product to burn out).
- Users have only one opportunity for a 1:1 exchange. They are responsible for round-trip shipping costs and must provide a traceable tracking number.
Special Cases
In some cases, refunds may be processed without requiring the return of the DMA PCIe card, provided there is a mutual agreement. In such instances, a 20% refund of the DMA PCIe card’s cost will be issued.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping expenses will be deducted. The duration for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location. Customers are advised to use trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance for valuable items, as they are responsible for the goods’ safety during return transit.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@dmacheese or through our Discord ticket system. We will respond to your refund request within 2 business days. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
