  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery upon request.
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

  • Our store ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please note that some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations. If there are any issues with your shipping address, we will contact you to resolve them.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Our store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
